Exposure - Developing Creative Leaders

Momentum Arts has a strong reputation in the creative arts and especially in the areas of diversity and social inclusion. In the last  18 years we have commisioned, supported and provided training (mainly around working in inclusion and participation) for around 50 artists in the East of England.

With this commitment to artist development in mind we have created Exposure - Developing Creative Leaders. This three year Arts Council funded programme will work with 30 emerging and mid career artists, who work in participatory settings, by supporting them to access training and networking opportunities.

We have recruited 10 artists for the first year of this programme, all of whom have attended a series of skills share events. Many of the artists travelled to Durban, South Africa to work as part of the arts team to deliver a programme of arts that ran througout the Deloitte Street Child World Championship.

We are currently working to provide other innovative opportunities for artists on this exciting programme.
